There are three terms in each academic year.

School fees must be paid in full by the first day of term or in three equal instalments. Payments must be made by bank transfer. St. Helen's College offers a competitive sibling policy for 3rd and 4th children attending the school (i.e. from Reception to Year 6). Please contact the Finance Office for further details.

St. Helen's College currently accepts the London Borough of Hillingdon Free Early Education Entitlement (15 hours of funding) for children who are entitled to it. However, St. Helen's College charges full time termly fees to cover the costs of the additional activities and education that school offers beyond standard childcare. The amount of funding available each term for your child is therefore applied to your school fee invoice, which shows the total amount due for payment.

St Helen's College also accepts the extended 30 hours of funding available to 3 and 4 year old children of eligible families. 15 hours of funding is universal entitlement, which we will claim on your behalf, but the additional 15 hours is based on eligibility criteria and must be applied for separately. Your child could be eligible for the additional 15 hours of funding and our school will be able to claim it on your behalf. In order for us to do this, you are required to check your eligibility and apply online via the website https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. Upon successful application, you will be provided an EYF number, which will be required by the school in order to claim the funding.

Funding stops when a child starts Reception class or when they reach compulsory school age.

During the Early Years, you may also use a Tax-Free Childcare Account to pay fees. After your child's 5th birthday, a Tax-Free Childcare Account may not be used to pay school fees, but may still be used to pay for Wraparound Care provided on the school premises.
