Weekly News - Friday 21st April 2023
Posted on: 21/04/2023We wish those celebrating Eid a happy time with family and friends. Last Friday many Sikh and Hindu families celebrated Vaisakhi and it has been lovely to hear the children sharing their experiences.
We have had a busy first few days back at school and there is much to come over the weekend and next week!
Tomorrow (Saturday 22nd) is the TCS Mini Marathon. We are looking forward to seeing all those who have signed up to take part on the day. The best place for everyone to meet is at Horse Guard Parade and all St. Helen's College children should wear school PE kits so that we can easily find each other.
Parents running in the one mile run do not have to look after anyone else's children. If you have other questions about the event, please check the event guide here.
We all wish Mrs. Rumney the very best of luck on Sunday when she will be running the full London Marathon!
The SATIPS Art Exhibition is also taking place this Saturday at The Royal Masonic School for Girls, Rickmansworth. Forty St. Helen's College children are exhibiting and we look forward to seeing many parents there.
Bikeability begins this Saturday for those Year 6 children who signed up for this.
